EPA is an opportunity for an apprentice to showcase what they have learnt during their time on programme. This assessment includes a project assignment and professional discussion.
End-Point Assessment for Recruitment Consultant Level 3 can be carried out remotely or face-to-face.
Gateway requirements for a Recruitment Consultant Level 3 apprentice are;

NQual will provide apprentices with the project title after gateway approval. Apprentices will be given a maximum of 6 weeks to complete and submit the project assignment to NQual.
The assignment will need to contain a word count of 3000 (+/-10%). Supporting information such as testimonials and screenshots may be included but they will not be taken accepted towards the word count.
The professional discussion is a two-way structured discussion between the apprentice and the Independent End-Point Assessor, this will take place no later than 12 weeks after being approved for gateway. Detail on criteria covered can be found within our support pack.
The professional discussion will last for 45-60 minutes and will be carried out online unless otherwise agreed at gateway.
Apprentices will achieve an overall grade of Distinction, Pass or Fail for their End-Point Assessment.
These results will be communicated within 10 days of assessment. Should a learner need to retake either or both assessment methods this will take place within 3 months of the failed assessment.
