NQual is an Ofqual‑recognised UK Awarding Organisation that works with approved international centres around the world.
We are also approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai as an International Certification Organisation (ICO), and are an Associate Partner of the UK Skills Partnership, strengthening our commitment to international collaboration and skills development.
International partners can offer Ofqual‑regulated qualifications, NQual Endorsed Programmes, or both — with the same level of quality assurance, guidance and support provided to UK centres.
Ofqual-Regulated Qualifications
These qualifications are regulated by Ofqual and listed on the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). International centres offering regulated qualifications must meet defined regulatory and quality assurance requirements to ensure consistency, integrity and learner confidence.
Regulated qualifications are often required for formal education pathways, progression routes and employer recognition.
NQual Endorsed Programmes
Endorsed Programmes are quality‑assured by NQual but do not form part of the regulated qualifications framework. They offer international centres greater flexibility while still benefiting from independent UK awarding‑body endorsement.
Endorsed Programmes are well suited to bespoke training, CPD, and employer‑led provision.
International centres may apply to deliver Ofqual‑regulated qualifications, Endorsed Programmes, or a combination of both, depending on their provision and objectives.
