With International Women’s Day 2025 just around the corner, we aren't slowing down in highlighting the incredible women who are making a difference in their industries and beyond. Through this series, we are celebrating those whose dedication, expertise, and passion create opportunities, inspire growth, and leave a lasting impact.
One of those women is Julie Bricknall, Director of Inspired Mindset. Julie has built her career around helping others develop resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset, enabling them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Her leadership is driven by compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to empowering people, ensuring that personal growth and wellbeing remain at the heart of what she does.
Today, we are proud to share Julie’s journey, exploring the experiences that have shaped her approach, the impact she continues to make, and the ways she uplifts those around her.

"I do recognise that I very much believe anything is possible at Inspired Mindset, "We go beyond developing Skillset. We challenge Mindset", whether this is myself, women that work for Inspired Mindset or the women that we develop on our courses and coaching programmes. I am very proud of creating Inspired Mindset and the team that make our company what it is today. I think it is essential to make the most of our opportunities in life, and the joy of being an owner of a business is that I can also offer opportunities to others."
Here's what some of Julie's colleagues had to say about her in reference to the questions posed by NQual's Managing Director, Ashley Robertson. They highlight the amazing work Julie does at Inspired Mindset; her risk taking, positive impact and respect for all around her.
