Assessment  Delivery Options with NQual

The NQual Approach

A fully managed assessment service. NQual's independent assessors deliver every assessment component, through to marking and results, so training providers can step back from assessment logistics and focus on preparing their apprentices.

Approved Centre Approach

A collaborative model for approved centres. NQual  will always deliver one component, while your own trained assessors can deliver the remaining component(s) under NQual's ongoing External Quality Assurance — giving you greater involvement in delivery without compromising rigour, consistency, or compliance.

What This Standard Covers

The Early Intervention Practitioner apprenticeship develops practitioners who identify and deliver the right support at the right time, helping prevent individuals' circumstances escalating into more complex, statutory-driven interventions. Practitioners work across statutory and voluntary organisations, supporting people of all ages, from pre-birth to end of life, often meeting individuals in their home or a neutral location of their choosing.

Key Areas Covered:

  • Identifying and sourcing appropriate early intervention support

  • Working with individuals, families, and wider support networks

  • Safeguarding and case management

  • Multi-agency collaboration and referral management

  • Reflective practice
