NQual is an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Organisation developing and awarding regulated Early Years qualifications for training providers to deliver across the UK and internationally. Our qualifications build a workforce with a deeper understanding of the practices required to support Early Years settings, spanning the Level 2 Diploma in Early Years Practitioner through to the Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Educator. They're designed for nursery practitioners, early years educators and nursery assistants working towards a formally recognised early years qualification. Every approved centre we work with is paired with their own dedicated centre support manager — a single, familiar point of contact who guides you through centre approval, quality assurance and every stage of delivery, so your learners get the recognition they've earned.
