NQual is an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Organisation developing and awarding regulated Residential Childcare qualifications for training providers to deliver across the UK and internationally. Our qualifications support the workforce caring for some of the most vulnerable children and young people, spanning the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare through to the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare. They're designed for residential childcare workers and keyworkers, through to team leaders and registered managers working in children's homes. Every approved centre we work with is paired with their own dedicated centre support manager — a single, familiar point of contact who guides you through centre approval, quality assurance and every stage of delivery, so your learners get the recognition they've earned.
