Ashley, Founder and CEO of NQual, an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation, has over 18 years of experience in education, training, qualifications, and assessment. During this time, she has helped organisations develop innovative learning solutions, maintain high standards, and respond effectively to the evolving needs of learners and employers.



Through her advisory role with UK Skills Academy, Ashley will provide strategic insight on organisational development, qualification design, and future-focused learning solutions.


Growth & Product Advisor: Supporting Skills Development and Apprenticeship Growth


Ashley will work alongside the UK Skills Academy leadership team to identify new opportunities, strengthen programme offerings, and further enhance apprenticeship delivery.
