With International Women’s Day 2025 just one day away, we remain committed to celebrating the incredible women making an impact across industries and beyond. Through this series, we are recognising those whose dedication, expertise, and passion open doors for others, drive progress, and create lasting change.
One of those inspiring women is Yasmin Ariff of CVP Group. Throughout her career, Yasmin has been dedicated to fostering innovation, supporting others in their development, and leading with confidence and vision. Her leadership is built on expertise, collaboration, and a strong commitment to empowering those around her, ensuring that growth and opportunity remain at the heart of her work.
Today, we are proud to put Yasmin in the spotlight, and showcase the impact she continues to make, and the ways she inspires others.
"I am a massive advocate of supporting women, and I specialise in coaching women, as you can see from my website, (yasminariffcoaching.com) so I bring a lot of this into my work as Director of Education at CVP Group. CVP Group are an independent training provider that now specialise in professional coaching apprenticeships, organisational coaching and train people how to coach in the workplace.
In 2023, we partnered with WomenEd to launch our first Coaching cohort for women leaders in education. You can read all about it here in the WomenEd blog post.
We are now on our fourth cohort and we have 15 coaching graduates who have successfully completed their coaching apprenticeship via CVP - with over half of them achieving a Distinction
We are setting up a coaching scheme subsidised through WomenEd, where some of our coaching graduates will support other women in education with some of our key pain points, like closing the gender pay gap."
